Biotechnology and Animal breeding, Molecular Nutrition.
Teaching
Engaged in the teaching and research work of animal biochemistry, molecular biology.
Teaching animal biochemistry, enzymes and proteins engineering course for undergraduate and advanced animal biochemistry, advanced animal biochemistry research technology and molecular nutrition, etc for postgraduates.
Since now has trained 18 master postgraduate, training 8 master graduate students and 7 Ph.D.
Achievements (provincial above)
Since 1993, has been engaged in the research for the molecular mechanism of animal fat deposition and muscle development.
Has managed to finish 1 National Natural Science Foundation and 3 Agricultural Research Projects in Shaanxi Province.
Managing 9 research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the program for New Century Excellent Talents in University, and key scientific research projects of Ministry of Education, China, Agricultural Research Projects and Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province.
The research of animal adipose cell proliferation, differentiation and regulation mechanism awarded “the second prize of science and technology research in Shaanxi province” in 2006.
In recent years, has published more than 60 articles in《Cell Metabolism》《Molecular Biology Report》《Animal Science》《The Chemical Engineering Journal》《Scientia Agricultura Sinica》《Acta Veterinaria et Zootechnica Sinica》 and 8 of which were selected by SCI, meanwhile edited and published 3 books and aparted in writing other 9 works.
